Shipping policy

Pieces from my Current Collection are ready to ship and pieces Made To Order will be ready in 1-3 weeks.

Orders within New Zealand are sent out via a tracked, signature required overnight courier service. Customers should expect to receive their order within 1-3 working days, an extra day should be allowed for rural addresses.

All international orders are sent via NZ Post International Courier. Arrival times are usually between 5-10 working days.

Shipping within New Zealand is free and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Claire McSweeney Jewellery takes no responsibility for the payment of any customs fees or taxes incurred on internationally shipped items.

If you are unsure of your regions threshold for duty fees and tax, I recommend consulting your countries customs website for more information, before placing your order.
