Refund policy

Every piece of jewellery is handmade by me, Claire in my Wellington Studio. Should you have any issues with your new jewellery then please let me know so I can help.

As a small business I am unable to offer a refund if you change your mind on a piece, or if its not to the recipients liking.

I will happily accept returns and exchanges if there is a fault with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 21 days of delivery.
